Cranemaster prevents expensive interuptions in pile hammering operations

on 02 December 2013

A large project involving pile hammering is currently using Cranemaster. A typical problem without Cranemaster, is a sudden free fall of the pile and hammer due to layering in the soil, followed by a snap load when the wire regains tension. With Cranemaster as part of the rigging, the snap load is reduced to an acceptable level. Cranemaster has been involved in the calculations as well as rental of several Cranemaster units. Customer reports that several potentially expensive interruptions in the work have been avoided, saving time, money and operational delays. See our offshore wind section for more information.
