Increased offshore lifting capacity with Cranemaster™

Ernst-B. Johansen A.S. can supply enhanced load charts together with Cranemaster units for offshore cranes. The load charts are certified by Lloyds and DnV for either temporary or permanent installation. The temporary load charts are valid for up to 6 months and can be permanently certified by performing a dynamic test.

Cranemaster gives a significant increase (up to 2-3 times) of the offshore lifting capacity within the original crane design specification. The unit reduces impacts on offshore cranes by limiting the maximum dynamic force in the hoist wire, hence increasing the operating life of offshore cranes and increasing the weather window.
