Ever since the company Ernst-B. Johansen AS was incorporated in 1983 we have been customer driven, and each new Cranemaster design has been based on our customer’s unique requirements.

Creative engineers worldwide have seen the potential in the Cranemaster technology and inspired us to provide innovative solutions to demanding challenges. Custom made solutions are designed and built to meet these challenges.

Quick Lift System (QLS)

The QLS can be incorporated into the Cranemaster. The system is designed to avoid re-entry when lifting in waves at low hoisting speed. QLS is remotely operated and will work instantly when activated. The system will safely lift the load up and remove any danger of re-contact between the load and the supply vessel/barge. Lock and Release System (LRS)

The LRS provides extra lifting height in cases where lifting height is a limiting factor. The system can be added to a standard Cranemaster unit. The LRS prevents the unit from extending when the load is lifted from the ship deck. When the load has been safely lifted over the side of the ship, the piston rod can be remotely released, and the unit will start working as a normal Cranemaster.
